Once you have selected and purchased a support plan, we will have you fill in a form to send us admin details about your website and/or hosting server credentials. This helps us to connect to your website, perform regular updates and backups and upgrade necessary plugins. Your credentials are always safe with WordPressDepartment and under no circumstances this information is shared with anyone.
Under our Starter and Professional plans we provide support for production websites, however, if there is a need to provide support and updates for development websites as well, we recommend getting a subscription for our Business Plan.
Yes we provide support for multisite and multinetwork WordPress websites under our Professional and Business plans. We will be needing all the necessary information from you on your existing network so that we are aware of the configuration from the day one.

Yes, if you have subscribed to one of our WordPress Maintenance Plans, we can help setup SSL free-of-cost. For walk-in clients, the SSL install service is $50 per SSL setup. Most cPanels come with a Free SSL, like Lets Encrypt SSL. You can either user or purchase SSL certificate and provide us with the required information (keys etc) for setting up SSL on WordPress website.
One support plan is for one website. If there is a need to have another WordPress website maintained, please login with your user account information and subscribe to another plan for that website. For agency partners, who want to collaborate with us for maintaining their multiple websites, please contact us here and we can always discuss discounts for bulk maintenance.
